We are constantly communicating whether we realize it or not, make sure it’s the message you want. What people
say and how they say it, and their body language speaks volumes about them. Assumptions are sometimes made
about a person's competence, education, and trustworthiness just by listening to them speak. Mispronunciation of words, vocabulary, grammar, and fillers, e.g. (“uhh”, “um”, “like”, etc.) may impact the message in a way that was
not intended.
