We are constantly communicating whether we realize it or not, make sure it’s the message you want. What people say and how they say it, and their body language speaks volumes about them. Assumptions are sometimes made about a person's competence, education, and trustworthiness just by listening to them speak. Mispronunciation of words, vocabulary, grammar, and fillers, e.g. (“uhh”, “um”, “like”, etc.) may impact the message in a way that was not intended. DISCOVERY • Needs Assessment • Determine Goals & Develop Action Plan TOPICS COVERED: • Visual Image • Body Language (Basics) • Verbal (Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Fillers) & Non-Verbal (Posture, Gestures, etc.) Communication • Vocal Communication (Tone, Tempo, etc.) • Spelling & Grammar • International Customs *Topics covered will be based on client’s goals
